A 33-year old woman of a Bottle Creek address appeared in the Magistrate’s Court, Old Airport on Friday October 23, 2015 charged for the murder of her six year old son who was discovered dead at their Bottle Creek home on Tuesday September 29, 2015.
The body of the six year old child was examined by a pathologist and the cause of death was classified as a homicide. As a result of police investigations in to the death of the child, his 33 year old mother was arrested and charged with murder.
The 33 year old mother remains in custody, after her court appearance earlier today (Friday October 23, 2015) remanded until November 30, 2015 when she is to appear in the Supreme Court for a Sufficiency Hearing.
