On Tuesday 5th April 2016, 25 year old Wolbert Ferguson of Kew-Town Providenciales, plead guilty in the Supreme Count for Forgery and Uttering an altered document.

The facts are, on Sunday 21st July 2013 at about 11:30 pm a report was made of a male who cashed a number of fraudulent gaming tickets at a bar located in Kew Town. An investigation was launched, and immediately Wolbert Ferguson was arrested on suspicion of the offence. Before his arrest, on that night, Mr. Ferguson printed out a ticket voucher validation number 1608 for $1 (one dollar) from a slot machine of which he was playing and left the bar. He returned shortly after and tried to redeem an altered ticket voucher for $81 (eighty-one dollars) at the same bar.

The altered voucher had the same validation number as the voucher printed earlier for $1.

He is remanded into custody and will be sentenced on Monday 23rd of May 2016.
