Wilkie Arthur and Roxanne Lockhart have both been found guilty of Robbery. The offence occurred on 10th July, 2010 acting together with other persons, Wilkie Arthur and Roxanne Lockhart robbed Jai’s jewelry store of a quantity of Rolex watches valued USD $ 200,000.00. Wilkie Arthur and Roxanne Lockhart sentence given is 15 years and 12 years respectively.

Wilkie Arthur represented himself and Noel Skippings represented Roxanne Lockhart. This year retrial started on 15th April, 2013 and ended on Friday 5th July 2013. Trinidadian Evans Welch a former Crown Counsel in the Attorney General Chambers was the lead Prosecutor, assisted by Latisha Williams of DPP’S Office TCI.


First trial started on 7th September 2012 and ended in a mistrial on the 9th November 2012. A Nolle Prosequi was entered against the other defendants. Wilkie Arthur and Roxanne Lockhart were both ordered to be retried. After being guilty, they are both now serving their sentences at Her Majesty’s Prison in Grand Turk.
