Weekend Incident and Crime update
A 24 year old male of Blue Hills Providenciales was arrested for wounding in connection to an incident that took place in Grand Turk on Saturday June 16.
MEANWHILE a 29 year old male residing in Providenciales was arrested for unlawful carnal knowledge in connection with an incident that took place in Providenciales on
Thursday, June 5th.
THE 911 Call Centre was alerted just after 12am on Saturday, June 7th, to a serious motor vehicle accident on the eastern carriageway of the Leeward Highway, close
to Caicos Lodge. The collision involved three vehicles. Four occupants of the vehicles were injured and rushed to the Cheshire Hall Medical Centre by ambulance for non-
life threatening injuries. Cause of the accident is still under investigation.
A 20 year old male was also arrested for assault on a Police Officer, Obstruction and resisting arrest in connection to an incident that occurred on Sunday June 8th.
