Suspected Homicide

Officers of the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force Serious Crime Unit are currently at the scene of a suspected homicide in Blue Hills.

At around 8:35 pm, calls were made to the Police Control Room indicating gunshots were heard at a location in Stammers Run, Snake Hill.

Police and medical personnel were dispatched to the given location and found two males, one of whom was lifeless. The injured male was rushed to a medical facility for treatment.

The RT&CIPF is asking anyone with information that may help in this investigation to contact the closest police station, 911, the Serious Crime Unit at 231-1842, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800- 8477 to provide any information anonymously.
