POLICE INVESTIGATING MURDER – FIVE CAYS ROAD
On Sunday 27th December 2015, at approximately 8:30pm an anonymous caller called 911 and reported that someone was stabbed at Bryant Cox Complex at Five Cays, Providenciales. Police and medical personnel responded to that location and a Philippine male age forty six was rushed to the Cheshire Hall medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at 9:32pm. Police will release the name of the deceased after next of kin has been notified.
Also, a thirty eight year male Philippine national living at the same complex was also injured and was rushed to the Cheshire Hall Medical Center by private vehicle. This individual remains hospitalized at the Cheshire Hall medical Center.
Police are conducting a line of inquiries as the investigation into this matter continues.
Police appreciate the cooperation received from the public but continues to seek other witnesses who may have information in connection with this incident.

POLICE INVESTIGATING FATAL ACCIDENT – LONG BAY ROAD
At approximately 1pm on Monday 28th December 2015 Police were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident which occurred in the vicinity of Sunshine Nursery on Long Bay Road, Providenciales. On arrival at the scene, police saw a blue Toyota Tacoma truck facing south east with extensive damages to the frontal section of the vehicle and also a black Hummer Jeep facing south with extensive damages to the entire front. Occupants of the black Hummer were transported to the Cheshire Hall Medical Centre by ambulance.
The driver of the Toyota Tacoma truck was also transported to the Cheshire Hall Medical Centre where he was later pronounced dead. The name of the driver has been withheld until next of kin has been notified.
The occupants of the black Hummer did not received any life threatening injuries.
Investigation into this matter is ongoing.
