 The Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force (RT&CIPF) on May 05, 2025, charged  WATSON LOUIDOR in connection with a robbery and kidnapping incident. 

LOUIDOR, 20, of Dock Yard, is expected to appear before a Magistrate at the next available  court date, to answer the charges of:  

One Count Robbery 
One Count Kidnapping 

The charges against the accused were laid following an investigation into an incident that  occurred on April 9, 2025. 

Following a targeted operation on April 29th, 2025, officers from the RT&CIPF Tactical Unit  and Serious Crimes Unit arrested Louidor on suspicion of robbery and kidnapping.  

Louidor is alleged to have robbed a victim of personal belongings and forced the victim to drive  to a financial institution to withdraw cash. However, the victim managed to escape before the  transaction. 

During a search, a clear Ziploc bag containing cannabis was discovered in his possession. He  was arrested and taken into custody. 

On April 30th, 2025, Louidor was formally charged with the offence of Possession of Controlled  Drugs and appeared at the Magistrate’s Court on May 5th, 2025, where he pleaded guilty.  

He was fined USD 750.00 to be paid forthwith; in default, he would serve 60 days’  imprisonment at the Department of Rehabilitation in Grand Turk.
