The Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force wishes to advise the public of the following requirements when requesting police escort and coverage for planned events.
1) Applications MUST be addressed to Superintendent of Divisions and Community Policing Dwight Gardiner (dwight.gardiner@tcipolice.tc) and copied to Assistant Commissioner of Police Darron Williams (darron.williams@tcipolice.tc), the Office of the Divisional Commander Assistant Superintendent of Police Calvin Chase (calvin.chase@tcipolice.tc) and Communications Officer Denyse Renne (denyse.renne@tcipolice.tc
2) Applications MUST be submitted FOURTEEN (14) days before the event; 3) Date of the event;
4) Venue;
5) Proposed commencement and end times;
6) In the case of Walkathon, Runs, Cycling – Detailed Routes;
7) Expected Attendance at the event.
These requirements have become necessary to ensure the effective planning and allocation of resources.
