On Wednesday 15th May, 2013 Inspector Ennis Grant of the Office of Community Policing where he gave a talk to the fifth (5) grade boys of Oseta Jolly Primary School, Providenciales. This was as a result of an invitation, which was extended by the Arthur Forbes, President of the One Hundred (100) Black Men of the Turks and Caicos Islands.

This organization currently conducts mentoring sessions throughout the primary schools in Providenciales, which is aimed at helping youths at risk.  The presentation sought to explain the concept of Community Policing and what it entails. The boys were taught how the community and the police can build meaningful relationships aimed at abating incidents of crime and promoting safer communities. The presentation was well received by the boys who showed significant interest and enthusiasm.
