The two men arrested on Monday, August 24th, 2020 in connection to two separate murder incidents on Sunday, August 23rd, 2020 on the island of Grand Turk were given bail on Wednesday, August 26, 2020.
31-year-old Dominic Swann was granted bail in the sum of $US 20,000.00 and released from the Grand Turk Police Station. He is to return to the Grand Turk Police Station for further investigations about the Murder of Deon Emmanuel that took place on August 23rd, 2020 in the Over Back District.
25-year-old Ellington Been was granted US$20,000.00 bail and released from the Chalksound Police Station. He was arrested in connection to the shooting death of Howard Freites Jr. and the wounding of a 44-year-old man on August 23rd, 2020 off Church Folly, Grand Turk. Been is to return to the Chalk Sound Police Station for further investigations.
