One male is currently in Police custody after Police Officers on patrol found laptops in his possession.
At about 3:41 am this morning, Saturday 7th May 2022, Police Officers on patrol, conducted a stop and search on a male who was seen in the vicinity of the First Caribbean Roundabout. During the search, two (2) laptops, along with other items were found in a backpack the man was carrying. Officers made inquiries and discovered that the said laptops were stolen from a location along Leeward Highway, which appeared to have been burglarized. The male was arrested on Suspicion of Burglary. This remains an active burglary investigation.
