Two foreign nationals are expected to appear before a Magistrate tomorrow (August 08th) having been charged with drug offences.
The accused, Kaylin Pena, 23, of Mexico, and Aaron Yehuda Mamann, 36, of California, United States of America, were charged by detectives of the Anti-Gang and Drug Unit following a sting operation.


Police reports state, that the AGDU was contacted by officials at the Customs Department on August 04th, and certain information was relayed.
Based on the information given, the AGDU conducted inquiries, following which a sting operation was held in the Grace Bay district, and what appeared to be marijuana was found.
Yesterday (August 06th) both accused were JOINTLY charged with the following offences: 1) Possession of Control Drugs and
2) Possession of Control Drugs with Intent to Supply
While Ms. Pena was also charged with Fraudulent Evasion under the Customs Ordinance Under the Drug Ordinance, the accused were granted $5000.00 bail each with a suitable surety.
