Shortly after 3 pm today (April 07th), the Police Control Room received a call that three armed, masked men brazenly entered a business and announced a robbery in Five Cays, Providenciales.
Officers were dispatched to the location, and based on preliminary investigations, several patrons at the establishment were robbed of their valuables.
The armed men managed to escape.
Thankfully, no injuries were reported, but the incident has profoundly impacted the safety and security within the Five Cays community.
In times like these, the public’s cooperation and assistance are paramount.
The Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force calls upon witnesses to come forward with any information regarding the perpetrators or the circumstances surrounding the robbery.
No matter how seemingly insignificant, every detail could be instrumental in apprehending the suspects and preventing future incidents.
The RTCIPF reassures the public that we are diligently investigating the incident to apprehend the perpetrators swiftly.
