Four accused have been charged with firearm-related offences arising from the shooting incident on 27th July 2025, at the Island Hookah Lounge.
The accused, two of whom are 17 years old, were charged yesterday (4 December) by detectives of the Serious Crime Unit.
Due to the minors’ age, the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force cannot release their names or photographs at this time.
The charges are as follows:
Minor 1: Conspiracy to Possess Firearms with Intent to Injure
Minor 2: Conspiracy to Possess Firearms with Intent to Injure and Discharging a Firearm.
DARIO BUTTERFIELD, 23, of Blue Hills: Conspiracy to Possess Firearms with Intent to Injure.

CHAVION CAPRON, 19, of Five Cays: Conspiracy to Possess Firearms with Intent to Injure. The accused are expected to appear in the Magistrate’s Court at the next available date.
