THE ROYAL TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS POLICE FORCE

Service with Pride and Integrity

For Emergency, Call 9-1-1

On April 13th, officers attached to the Grand Turk Police Station paid a special visit to several retired and former members of the RT&CIPF.

The occasion was marked by nostalgia, as the former officers fondly reflected on their years of
service.

Warm exchanges, laughter, and heartfelt appreciation filled the streets of Grand Turk, with each
officer expressing gratitude for being remembered.

Among those visited was retired Superintendent Ralph Doughty, who was instrumental in the
formation of the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force Cricket Team.

Additionally, officers visited former Sergeant Conrad Thomas, former Inspector Benjamin
Harvey, Corporal Leroy King, Sergeant George Worrell, Superintendent Marc Henry and acting
Inspector Tomiko Glinton.

The visiting team comprised Inspector Jeremy Jones, Sergeants Kavin Mars and Aquina Martin,
and Constable Hussein Higgs.
Superintendent Willet Harvey presented tokens to Mr. Doughty and Mr. Glinton.

In a continued effort to support the wider community, welfare checks were conducted by
Sergeant Martin and Constable Higgs on elderly residents, including Yvonne Lightbourne,
Pastor Mary Forbes, and Edith Mesa.

Meanwhile, Constables Jeffrey Castillo and Demi Alexis visited the Ona Glinton Primary
School, where they conducted a “Good Touch, Bad Touch” awareness session with students
aged 4–7, focusing on child safety and personal protection.
