On Monday 30th March 2026, Acting Commissioner Rodney Adams, accompanied by members
of the Force Executive and the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force (RTCIPF), received
a visit from Ms. Lisa Sanks, Attaché of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and
Explosives (ATF), who has responsibility for the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Ms. Sanks is currently on island delivering specialized training designed to enhance the Force’s
capabilities in forensic analysis and investigative practices, as part of ongoing efforts to
strengthen operational effectiveness.
The engagement also provided an opportunity for strategic discussions on crime reduction
initiatives, strengthening partnerships, international cooperation, regional crime trends, capacity
building, and future training opportunities, reinforcing a shared commitment to collaborative and
effective law enforcement.
