The Serious Crime Unit (SCU) of the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force has formally
charged WOLBERT FERGUSON in connection with two separate burglary incidents in
Providenciales.
Ferguson, 33, of Kew Town, was charged on Tuesday, 13th January 2026, and Thursday, 15th
January 2026, with two (2) counts of Burglary.
The charges stem from two separate reports that were made to police and subsequently
investigated by officers of the SCU.
The first incident allegedly occurred in the Leeward Gates area, where a quantity of tools valued
at approximately USD $3,000 was stolen.
The second burglary allegedly took place in Turtle Cove, where a quantity of cash was stolen.
The accused remains in police custody and is expected to appear before the court at the earliest
available date to answer the charges brought against him.
