Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force Expands Leadership Roles to Drive Reform

The Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force (RTCIPF) is embarking on a bold, new reform agenda aimed at modernising policing in the Turks and Caicos Islands and setting a new standard of excellence in the region. To achieve this vision, the Force is expanding its senior leadership team and inviting applications for a series of restructured and newly created, high-level positions.

These positions: Deputy Commissioner of Police (Organisational Reform), Chief Operating Officer (COO), Assistant Commissioner of Police (Training and Development), Inspector General and Legal Advisor have all been designed to drive transformative, sustainable reform across the structure, culture and operations of the Force. The expansion represents the RTCIPF’s commitment to becoming a modern, efficient, community-engaged organisation that is fully accountable to the people that it serves.

Her Excellency the Governor, the Honourable Premier and the Commissioner of Police have underscored the importance of these appointments in strengthening national security, enhancing public trust and ensuring the RTCIPF responds effectively to the evolving demands of modern day policing within the Turks and Caicos Islands. These roles directly support greater transparency, professionalism and improved service delivery while aligning with criminal justice reform, the national security agenda and advancing modern policing standards.

 SERVICE WITH PRIDE AND INTEGRITY

The RTCIPF is seeking highly qualified professionals to fill these roles with the vision, leadership and commitment to help shape the future of policing in the Turks and Caicos Islands.  Applicants should be passionate about reform, motivated to meet high public expectations and ready to help build an exemplar police force for the Caribbean region. The closing date for all applications is midnight on Friday, 24 October 2025.
