Officers from the Grand Turk Criminal Investigation Department (CID) have charged two males in connection with a shooting incident.
ADRIAN GARLAND,22, and B’JHAN MOXEY, 19, are each charged with the following offences in connection with the shooting incident that occurred at a bar located along Church Folly, on Saturday, 26th April 2025.
- Possession of Firearm
- Possession of Ammunition
- Discharging Firearm
- Discharging Ammunition
- Possession of Firearm with Intent to Endanger Life (Victim 1)
- Possession of Firearm with Intent to Endanger Life (Victim 2)
- Wounding With Intent (Victim 1)
- Wounding With Intent (Victim 2)
Both accused appeared in Court today and were remanded to H.M. Prison- Home of the Department of Correction and Rehabilitation, pending a Sufficiency Hearing on July 4, 2025, at the Supreme Court.
On Tuesday, May 6th, 2025, officers formally interviewed and charged Garland. Moxey was charged yesterday, May 7th.
