Senior Officers of the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force and other British Overseas Territories are now capable to better manage and investigate crimes.
This training that is designed to broaden the existing skills of Senior Investigating Officers that they can better manage and co-ordinate investigations of Major Crimes was conducted by Andrew Harrison and Andrew Gowens of AJH Training of the United Kingdom.
“All Officers were enthusiastic about the course, and have already showed knowledge and abilities of good investigators.” Said Andrew Harrison.
Ten (10) officers from the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force along with (1) from Bermuda Police Service and one (1) from the Royal Anguilla Police Force took part in the two weeks training. All attendees were from the ranks of Sergeant to Superintendent.
