The Royal Turks & Caicos Islands Police Force were called to a property on Breezy Brae in Grand Turk at approximately 4:33AM Sunday morning (January 05, 2014) after reports of a sudden death.
Police and an ambulance service were all in attendance and the body of one person, an elderly woman was found in the property. A medical doctor later pronounced the elderly woman dead.
Following an examination of the scene, police are not treating this death as suspicious and there is no need for further investigation into this matter.
The deceased was ninety years old.
