The Royal Turks and Island Police Force Traffic Unit can now confirm the death of a 47-year-old man following a vehicular accident on Sunday, August 9th, 2020 around 12:30 p.m.
According to reports, Police Traffic and Patrol Units who responded to the scene along the Turtle Tail Drive, Providenciales met a red Honda Motorcycle with extensive damages.
The 47-year-old motorcycle driver was transported to the Cheshire Hall Medical Centre, where he succumbed to his injuries.
The second vehicle involved, a blue Daihatsu Terios received minor damages. That driver did not receive injuries.
Further investigations are to be carried out by the Police Traffic Unit.
