On the 12th of July 2011 Mr. Frantz Bellevue entered a guilty plea in relation to the Robbery which occurred at the “Do It Centre”, Providenciales, on the 18th of November 2010. Bellevue was sentenced to (12) twelve years imprisonment at Her Majesty Prison Grand Turk. A deportation order was recommended on completion of sentence.
PC. Cudaro Missick next scheduled court appearance is 29th July 2011 in The Grand Turk Supreme Court for a Plea and Directions Hearing. PC Missick is presently facing Unlawful Carnal Knowledge charges.
PC. Williamson Premillien is schedule to appear in The Grand Turk Supreme Court on 5th August 2011 for a Sufficiency Hearing. PC Premillien is presently facing Rape and A.O.A.B.H. charges.
